The Robot Underclass

Made for the 2121 Future Minecraft Player Skin Contest. The concept for this skin is that in the future, as technology advances, robots are able to do more and more things that were once done by humans. But of course, they can't replace everything, otherwise the humans would have no source of income and nothing to do. So robots are used to replace less desirable jobs - jobs that are difficult, dangerous, boring, or not well-paying. This system allows the humans to become more prosperous and frees them to do other things - making advances in art, science, and other fields that require a human aspect, something more than robotic action.

In terms of the skin itself, I tried to go for a more simplistic style with this entry. I chose to do this both because of the skin's concept (a robot used for menial tasks would not be designed to be elaborate), and because I wanted to try something different from my usual style. Hope you enjoy!
