The story behind The Smile...



It was a dark cold night in November. Lance Simmons, a 23 year old comedian, was at the hospital. He had problems with his cheek, and thought it would be smart to check it up. The doctor said that it wasn't dangerous, he just needed to take pills daily. The doctor gave him the pills, and Lance took'em everyday. One day he saw that his skin was paler than before. He called the doctor, that said that he didn't need to worry. He also discovered that he didn't laugh as much as before, but he thought it was just temporarily. One night, he woke up with extreme pains in the face. He ran to the mirror, and was chocked by what he saw. He saw a blue face. But that wasn't his only chock. He was really scared, but the blue face he was looking at, showed no expressions at all. He tried to smile, but it was impossible. It was at that moment he realized two things: His carrier was over, and he needed revenge on the doctor. He didn't want to be seen anymore. In pure hate he made a mask. Then he cut himself in the cheek with a knife, and painted a big smile of the blood on the mask. "The Smile" was born
