(Toonami Operations Module) is a robot that runs the TV Program Block called "Toonami",Toonami's main feature includes various Animes, It also consists of Game Reviews, such as Super Mario Sunshine and more recently, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Toonami's biggest feature, however, was the T.I.E.s, a T.I.E. (or "Total Immersion Event") is an interactive sort of thing, the first one, The Intruderis well known for the Death of the original T.O.M. Model, and the birth of T.O.M. 2 (The Skin).
