Utho is the master of wind and air. Her wind so strong it can make tornadoes.
Her homeland is Fernando de Noronha. She's a beautiful tropical bird.

This is for Panya's contest, the theme was elements,
aka, Water, earth, fire, and air etc. 

I chose air, how did I do? Feedback is deeply appreciated!

I could tell it took some hard work to do this! & I'm sure other people did their hardest, too! I love the shading, especially how the beak looks in shading! As you can see, I'm a big fan of art, especially skins like these!
