Vladko Tyran survived Helghan's terracide when he wasn't even 1 year old,somehow. He was then found by Helghans searching for survivors after the negotiation of Vekta,and he was taken and became a Helghan criminal,and terrorist,and worked with Stahl to create a weapon to try and destroy both sides,Vekta and Helghan.
