This is Vult, A beast like cyborg, lost his parents and 2 amazing sisters. When he lost them, it drove him insane and turned into a mindless killer. he had the ability, just like one of his sisters, to create portals to different planets, and he abused that to kill. But it changed, until he saw someone who looked like one of his lost sisters in a cafe at a planet he doesn’t remember, he was too baffled seeing her. he followed her around a bit, and he is still investigating is she is indeed his lost sister
