Nice skin c: and uh yeah don't really like those
three pixel arms arggh. they really seem to make the head look
too big for the body ;~;   
Also, imo, your old arm shading looks nicer cx

both of your arm shading styles look pretty good o:
but  could you try darkening the shades for the lowlights of the skin? (like halfway on the arm, where there are supposed to be shadows)

I think the three pixel arm skins look weird, too. Mostly on teenager or adult skins.
It would mostly work with younger kids.
