The second skin I have ever made. This skin is based on the design of Whitney from Pokemon Gold and Silver for the Game Boy Color and Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver for the Nintendo DS. I have to admit, however, that this skin looked better in concept than it did in practice. Please leave any constructive criticism in the comments so that I may improve on this skin.
