UPDATE:

In the NEW Update, a lot is changed.

The hoe, is now fixed. It still looked like a pistol. Now it looks more like a rake.

Mushrooms (Both) are changed.

Circle stone bricks are also changed.

Zombies now have blood + a bit of brain showing.

Tnt + Minecart Tnt were changed.

The apple was changed to look more like the golden apple.

Door was changed to look more like the trap door.

Anvil damage stages have been changed.

Tripwire was changed.

Sandstone was changed.

Flower (Yellow) was changed.

Piston was changed.

Melon was changed.

Enchantment table was changed.

Dead bush was changed.

Cocoa beans were changed (Placed)

Clay block was changed.

Dropper and Dispenser vertical were changed to the default.

Dragon egg was changed.

An itsy bit of blood was added to the butcher villager's cloak apron.
