Alot of people saw my pack on a reddit post and wanted it so here. I Change all the netherite items from tools to the block. The block is kinda bad but everything else is good and i like it.

There was an issue with Optifine and particularly glass panes (no other block!) so I fixed that, FINALLY!!! made a netherite block texture I like (last photo) ,and also updated it for 1.17
