So I've actually been playing some survival minecraft the past few weeks for the first time in ages, and noticed some things I wanted to change, such as the pumpkin/melon plants being just the default texture, one of the villager professions using the wrong texture (oops) and the game being kinda dark with optifine due to the colormaps I made years ago.
While I was at it I decided to add some more random block textures (mud-, endstone- and blackstone bricks), random mob textures (allay, goat, piglins, enderman, drowned, blaze ) and remake a few textures I wasn't happy with anymore
