    This is a CTM template to help those texture pack developers to make their texture pack CTM compatible (works with Optifine too!)Just Download the template, extract it, edit the images and then zip it into your own texture pack!!

    I will respond very quick on the first link... probably pretty slow on the second one.

    The folders in the archive should be zipped directly into any texture pack and should be in the root (first folder) of the archive ie (texturepack.zipctm, texturepack.zip_MACOSX)

    I really like to get started with CTM, so I think it's pretty cool that someone took the time to create this for beginners :) I use Flows HD in 128x resolution, is this CTM folder compatible with that? Just put in 128x images and I'm done?

    No. Optifine has in-built support for CTM Texture Packs, it doesn't automatically make a given texture pack CTM enabled. All Optifine does, is understand the CTM in a texture pack and implement it.
