How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

This resource pack is just my random textures to items, mobs and other random things.

Here are the things that were added:
-Sun = Looks like a Portal to a new dimension! :o
-Sheep = Has awesome orange wool for white wool :D
-Wooden Sword = Has cool blue outline.
-Bow = When fully charged bow looks like it is on fire!
-Pumpkin = When worn on head shows as a smiley face.
-Slime Block = Looks like diamond ore.
-Sign = Says "Lol" on the item and at the front of the sign also says "Lol" and at the back it says "xD".
-Chest = I have brought back the christmas chest :D. (I have always liked the christmas chest.)
-Arrow = Looks like the quiver item that was removed from Minecraft PE.
-Chain armor/armour = Looks like dirt armour, but the helmets item is a dirt block.
-Health Bar = Looks like hardcore hearts and wither hearts.

How the fudge did this get to pop reel... No offence, for a first texture pack its fine, but in comparison to, lets say, sphax or something, this is just some low quality edits. Try looking up tutorials for better resource packs, e.g. shading tutorials, tutorials on other texture editors, etc.

haha, everything that gets posted on the resource pack section gets pop reel, theres not enough packs posted to have a legit pop reel.

Nixel, no one has posts many resource packs so it stays at the latest sometimes. And you shouldn't be judging, this was only experimenting what would be awesome for my next resource pack and you have a experimental house and a random plane. And to be honest, this isn't even that popular. My TRON minigame is my best so far.

Hey, I wasn't trying to be mean or anything, I even tried to help you by saying you should look up tutorials! And yes, I have an experimental house, and yes,  have a random plane, but those aren't on pop reel! If they were, then I would find it strange, too. I'm not trying to say what you've done is bad for a first try, I'm just saying I find it wierd the site says it's so popular.

XDInsanity is right, not enough is loaded to be judged but I am pretty popular already. If you look at some of my most successful minigames they are also called "Pop Reel".

The thing is, why upload it? People can't give you much constructive criticism if you only recolor a few default textures. I started making textures about 2 years ago, the first time I posted a tp was a month ago. To be honest, my work sucked until 3 or 4 months ago, because I first started to do it seriously and regularly at that time.
My point is, take your time and don't rush through the making of a pack, it won't work.

i am sorry i normally never say things like this but i have no idea how you got on the website banner, this is absolutly awful. I would reccomend getting a new image editing program, it looks like you are using microsoft paint, you should get gimp, its free and it is almost exactly the same thing as photoshop. And you should start with a lower pixalige just for practice try to make an 8 bit pack than if you feel satisfied than try some into 16 bit. A simplistic pack is normally the way to go for new people, look up some simplistic packs and try to copy what you see, dont post them just do it for practice, Copying is the best way to learn, look up some tutorials on youtube and try to copy what you see! it will help a lot!

Thanks jamerman2000 for the help! I'm not offended or anything this actually helps and I am new to making resource packs so I sorta suck. But funnily enough I used photoshop and added a bunch of random stuff. That is mostly why I did add random things on the signs xD.
