Egg is eggman and is named Egghead (thanks Dr_egghead)
Apples are green and called Granny Smith Apples
Emeralds are Australian Dollarydoos
The Totem of Undying is now the Torch of Undying
Absorption torches are blue
Naming a Zombie Pigman Zac gives it my skin.
