First one,

EchinsBMPCraft (128x128) http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/echinsbmpcraft/

To Echin44,

The comical perspective of minecraft you did on your texture pack was great! The presentation showed a lot with shaders, it made me try the texture pack out. Title screen, looks good. Guis, also look good. The mobs are outstanding and comical enough to make me smirk a bit, but the friendly mobs was decent, especially for the villagers. It doesno t really want me to look at it but make me disgust. Try to reedit their faces to make it funny to look at. The blocks stand out by its use of shading. It just makes me want to go see the landscape for a while and forget I was supposed to review this. Time goes by so fast! What I didno t like about the blocks is the texture of your wools. Try to ease the rough texture so it looks not so noisy in a far distance. And also, the sponge made me laugh hysterically, like spongebob. But a minute later, I realize that what if someone made a sponge house for fun? Either keep it or get rid of it.The items are okay for me to say. The shape of each weapons and more are excellent and is different from the default, but the shading is barely noticeable. You got to make some contrast to show that it is 3-d and not like paper swords. Also, the compasses and clocks did not show any animation whatsoever. Is it a mistake? This texture pack is more for making terrain comical but alright for buildings. Overall, ito s a good texture pack!

Next pack is

GM Photo Realism- A Realistic Pack (128x128 & 64x64) http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/gm-photo-realism--a-photorealistic-texturepack/

To getmoreland,

The presentation of your texture just shows off your texture pack a lot. Ito s really nice to see it with shaders as well, especially at your buildings. The modern and traditional architecture really does make it look suited on the texture pack, both interior and exterior. It should be used for a large project like a (mega) megalopolis. The blocks for terrain though, need improvements. You focus way too much on your building blocks, which makes a huge contrast towards your mediocre biomes. The grass is too light and clips if you wanted to make a park in a city, and the leaves are repetitive. Also, the flowers are a bit sharp for it to be realistic. Blur out the edges. If I go venturing underground, The ores made it look simplistic other than realistic. Find some references to work with and redo those ores. The unfriendly mobs are just daunting to look at! The realism makes it very intimidating. The friendly mobs are also realistic, but I see a style you use on your animals. Ito s not as realistic, but its get the job done. The villagers and steve are too realistic in fact, it scares me. I can almost see the nose hair on steve! Its very difficult making human faces, and its decent in my books. The items are good but one problem, the armors are simple. Thereo s a major difference between simplicity and realism. Make sure to stick to your theme at all times. Overall, this texture pack is absolutely shines diamond when it comes to architecture especially for modern and traditional ones. It revamped how buildings are supposed to look like, but it shines like coal for terrain and survival mode. I have to say, Io m very impressed about it!

The last one from my list is

Hammerite-Craft (64x64) http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/hammerite-craft/

To DasDuriel,

This texture pack might have some uncompleted features, but ito s still great! The theme youo re going with fits strongly on the architecture. Your presentation showed that off and I was stunned on the realism and color you chose for this. It twists my mind as I saw both interior and exterior of houses. The castles are iffy for me but this stands strong as a whole. The landscape is also well done, but what boggles my mind is the fact that sugar canes looks very different from it predecessor. Its too wild in colors. The ores are a nice twist, and it just looks great for a landscape perspective. I see that the water and lava are default. It wouldno t hurt for a reedit on both, especially for a theme your using. And that brings me to the worse flaw, so awful that it make me beg for you to fix. There are no unique mobs. All of them are the default, and it just stands out for a 64x64 texture pack. This will look outstanding if you would fix all the mobs. It will make the atmosphere ooze dark ages. That also means the visual display of your armor. Overall, Ito s a great texture pack that is suitable for buildings and landscapes, but its still need a lot of work to be a theme of its own completely, which makes anticipation.

If you made it down here than thanks for your time to view all these reviews and I hopefully you leave here, downloaded their texture packs. They're good and I enjoyed looking at them.
