If you like the series, check out my 1st blog! or my 3rd blog!. How about my 4th blog, 5th blog,

Alright today, we have 4 more fantastic texture packs and we also got 1 skin. Skins on a texture pack review? It is an experiment to see if i do a good job critiquing on skins.

First one,
Pacman Party Texture Pack (16x16)

To megablaster7,

When I first look at the name of the texture pack, I honestly think this will go down to the dumps, but I was very wrong when I open it. The terrain is absolutely unique and creative. When will you ever see ground so colorful and stone so pleasurable to stare at. The wood has been reedited to look almost like bricks, but you make it up by remaking the bricks to a nice alternate. I can describe about every block in your texture pack but Io m only limited to so little. I understand it takes a long time to finish a huge list of blocks, but try to finish it as your top priority. There are some mistakes. The grass hanging sideways is still at default and the ores look badly edited in Microsoft paint. Make it other than a stick stuck in a stone.. The sandstone has too many wild colors. Keep it monochromatic like your other blocks and it will fit the theme, and also, make your mossy stone less green. It blinds my eyes.

I cano t say a lot about the mobs, thereo s only a few mobs but you should put a pacman face on one of the mobs. That will blow my mind and some others. What I dono t get is why skeletons are holding ray guns? I quite like the replacement though but edit the skeletons so they have a reason to hold them. The items are barely noticeable, but your compass is broken. My final verdict: An amazing texture pack for pac-man fans suitable for landscape and mining, just without the ores.

Next Texture pack,

BroskiPack PvP Texturepack 128x128

To wesley023_,

Presentation is good, but you need to show off your texture pack like adding buildings to your images. The guis are good, but what blows my mind is the blocks in the game. It made such a great theme with basic line work with little shading, which combines to make it flow like your nether bricks, but the problem is that some of your terrain blocks that have a lot of noise like dirt are a totally different theme. Make the ground simple like the other blocks. Also, change your lighting to your ores. Ito s very different when its juxtaposed to the stone. The mobs are also great with the theme. I like how the pigs have a darker skin tone. It also has that nostalgia for those default texture pack fans since most of them is a remake of the original. The items are so clean; too clean in fact it looks like the faithful texture pack. Alter the color or reedit some because ito s just look too similar. The weaponry is also a well done job. Time to go swinging my axe! Make sure you get rid of blocks that have a realistic theme and replace it to the theme you are o experimentingo on. If you did, well ito s an awesome theme!

2 more to go, keep on reading! This one is

PokeBlock! A Pokemon themed texture pack 1.5 (16x16)

To the gravity block,

No way! Pokemon in minecraft!? That is my reaction in an exaggerated version. The presentation is great for pokemon fans and I got what I want for a texture pack. Great landscape by a strong theme that flows for every block except for the unedited ones. Although, I consider editing the lava and water so it really looks like pokemon in 3-d! The Textures are also good for small buildings, but 3 things. The bedrock, netherrack and obsidian needs contrasts and a rough texture. And for the rest, you should bump up the contrast. You already made cobblestone look like a prince of pokeblock so use what you know and you can fix it!

The mobs are just amazing! I can already here pokefans screaming in pmc silently. Almost all the mobs are pokemon related. You know what? I encourage you to finish all the mobs. It is really interesting about how an enderman will look like as a Pokémon. The inventory is the same, so no comment there. Overall, keep on working on pokeblock because this is great for a pokemon theme.

Here comes the skins! It would be so relevant to this texture pack earlier.

Pickachu in suit with sunglasses

To haroldonicus,

Yes, thato s how it spelt in the skin. Pick-achu. Its pikachu, your welcome. Anyways cool looking skin. With the choice of clothing and our favorite rat, this comical style fits perfectly but the shading. Make the face more simple, with the same shading style you use for the suit.

Thanks for looking at all the reviews. It took some time and confidence to get all these big reviews to make it here but check out next time for a next Minecraft's In the Bag!
