There once was a girl. An elf girl, named Orchid. Her parents died 2 weeks after she was born, and due to that, she was raised by nature. She learned to speak with water, wind, plants, and animals. She often stayed by her favorite pond and slept with her bunny friends. That was 13 years ago. Although she's 13 years old, she acts the same. But, she's hunted. She doesn't know why she's hunted, but she is. And because of that, she often hides or plays silently in the forest.

I was trying to hide in the forest with my squirrel friends, and it was 12:30 PM. "Wait for me!" I yelled, climbing up a tree after my squirrel friends. "Hurry up, Orchie!" I heard them say. I heard arrow shots, so I climbed faster. My leg almost got shot, but I pulled myself onto a branch quickly before it did. The young man below started up the tree, but I made a tiny noise, which confused him. While he was looking around, my pet dragon came. When he looked behind himself to see my dragon's blue nose, he screeched and ran off. I then fell out of the tree laughing, and I was caught by my dragon. My dragon then took me to my bunny friends and I took a nap with them. After the nap I went to the forest, looking for my bush friend with more berries. I felt something shoot my arm and I fell, looking for what happened. A spear was in my arm! I saw somebody with a lot of armor on and a shield, trying to pick me up. I tried to gather my strength once he took me to the castle, and started shooting my magic to all the guards, which made my skin an icy blue, and also healing myself, which made the air smell like nature.

I ran all the way to the castle, away from that dragon. When I ran into my Father, the head guard, he asked where that elf girl was. "SHE HAS A DRAGON" I screeched to my Father, and he nodded. "Go home." He said to me, and I ran off. Everybody started asking me about her, and all I could say was "Dragon". Somebody ended up telling the king, which made him mad. I saw him send more guards out to the forest. They had spears and knives, bows and arrows, armor and shields! I ran faster, and ended up at home. I put my bow down and sat down on a chair, while my Mom put a turkey on the table. "Mom, it's only lunch." I said to her. "I know, sweetie, but we don't have much food, so eat well." She said to me calmly. "Ok, Mom." I told her, cutting some turkey and putting it on my plate.(All before "plate" is before Orchid got shot and stuff.) After dinner I laid on the tiny couch, reading some spell scrolls, trying to learn some magic to help me hunt the elf. After a few hours of studying magic, I heard something outside. Like screaming. I looked out there, and saw green blasts mixed with some blue being shot at the guards. I looked outside and saw the elf girl, but her skin was an icy blue, and.. *sniff*.. The air smelled like nature! I saw the elf look at me with an innocent look in her eyes, trying to defend herself as well. As I saw a guard aiming his bow at her, I felt a rush of guilt. He fired the arrow but I jumped in front, getting shot instead.
