Here is my story on how the world of Minecraft became how it is.

There are three great realms, Heaven or the à ther, Hell or the Nether, and the Mortal Plane (actually a typo of plain). But also there is a fourth great realm, equally powerful but almost unknown, the End (so called because it existed at the edge of the universe). The great humanoids called Endermen dominated the realm with the leadership of the dying Ender Dragon race. The Endermen were a peaceful empire, and lived alongside the many others that inhabited the many Ender Islands. After trillions of years, the Endermen encountered an odd stone. It was a part of Earth's lithosphere, blasted out by a volcanic eruption. They sensed a strange reaction with several minerals of the End, and started experimenting with it. They discovered that it could make a portal to Earth. They built four and sent an army through each. The armies built great strongholds with the stone from the caverns they appeared, and used the abundance of lithosphere to craft portals back to the End. They built underground cities out of the Strongholds and discovered many things, such as how to enter the à ther and the Nether through portals. They used materials found in the four realms they had access to to build locks for the portals, and trap the portals in the End inside the Dragons. Eventually the energy from the many portals had an effect on the Endermen. They were transformed into creatures of horror, they wiped out all rival civilisations in the End, exiled the white-skinned Endermen(a mutation that would eventually develop into the Silence, the Gentlemen, and the rouge adventurer Slenderman), and channeled the energy of the Dragons to bring an apocalypse to wipe out humanity. First they spun the Earth to create a climate change that would bring chaos to the planet, then they released a disease that would do everything from turn humans into zombies, make pigs humanoid, grow spiders to enormous sizes, and even make humans grow large noses and become severely disturbed. Then the Endermen created dungeon crypts to raise zombies from nothing, and enslaved all the humanoid "Pigmen" to process gold, the new Enderman currency, in the purified lava of the Nether. But the Endermen brought disaster onto themselves, the climate change wrecked buildings, all the Nether fortresses made for smelting gold collapsed, and the purified (and magical) lava of the Nether brought them back to infect all the Pigmen. The Endermen left the Nether and closed the portal. The stronghold portals broke and they could not get the materials to fix them. Locked off from the End, the Endermen collapsed on that side. The Earth was gone.
