Redline Mall is a shopping mall that is located in area 1. The mall is a regional mall that opened in 1975 with anchors Dayton's, JCPenney, Sears, Younkers, Peterson's, and Belk-Stevens. In 1990, Dayton's became Target. In 1997, Belk-Stevens was converted to Parisian. In 2001, Target closed and it was reused as Marshall Field's, then converted to Macy's in 2006. In 2003, Younkers and Von Maur closed, Younkers became Neiman Marcus, while Von Maur was reused as a cheap department store called BlueMercury. In 2007, Parisian was converted to Belk, since Belk chose not to open a Redline Mall location, Parisian closed. In 2008 BlueMercury closed and it became Dillard's. In 2017 Dillard's closed and that space along with the former Parisian space was demolished for a Costco Wholesale, a Redline Superstore, The Cheesecake Factory, and Nordstrom Rack.
