Our hospital is filled up with all kinds of crazy strangers and they all need your help! Are you ready do become a surgeon and take on the challenge? I hope you do so! Welcome to Surgeon Simulator in Minecraft!

There are more than 21 levels full of crazy challenges waiting for you to be discovered. Every patient has it's own problems that need to be solved. Some are laughable easy, some are dumb, others might be quite difficult and some might not make any sense at all, but we are the dudes who do the... surgeon.. things, so we deal with whatever is asked from us! Enough about patients, they are annoying enough. There is also a Surgeon Town where we can chill and hang out. You can buy there tools for your surgery, food to SURVIVE the surgery... yes, you the surgeon... and even some completely normal items like WEAPONS or ARMOR if situation gets out of control, and you need to put someone to sleep for real long time! Or you can just have a chat with Dr. Bone Trader. He is a completely normal guy, he just has this thing with bones... you know... he gives you xp for bones that you stea-... I mean collect from your patients so you can buy more things! Really good stuff! aaalrighty let's moveee ooon - did I mentioned that you can also find achievements, secrets, more secrets aaand puzzles and unclock even more secrets that leads to more puzzles?! The project has been going for a while, so there sure is stuff to be explored, welcome to the world of Surgeon Simulator!

Dear Players, after 3 years of no updates, it's time to go back and become Surgeons once again! This is the last update for this minigame and it is the biggest one - overhaul of the whole map, new redstone systems, new lobbies, new features, new levels, lot's of easter eggs to discover and los of other new stuff.

Here's the update log:

- Updated to Minecraft 1.15.2 version
- Added 3 new levels - the Final Level #21 must be unlocked first.
- Added brand new main lobby
- Added Hall with Levels - now you have access to all levels from start(except the final one)
- Rebuilded all levels
- Rebuilded all redstone systems, fixed mob spawning
- Added tons of new easter eggs and secrets
- Updated Surgeon Town - new prices, improved Bonebreaker, etc
- New books and lot's of other new items in chests
- Improved english translations
- No more adds - just simple direct download link as all maps should have
- New and final ending after finishing the last #21 level
- Added Lobby for the winners - see by yourself ;)
- The whole map now takes 1-2 hours to complete
- Tons of new stuff and small bits and fixes that I forgot :)

Long time since I've been here. There are still some small bugs which I haven't fixed. I'm still keeping an eye on this project, so at some point in the future, I might bring it to a newer minecraft version, slightly improved.

ok I'm on finale but there's no Notch's statue in sighting anywhere. I checked on google images what does Notch's statue looks like and turned out nothing I can notice everywhere on old version that book suggested. I found Harvest's hoe and Builder's shovel in need 3 specific items to break.... still nothing happened. I give up because I'm very clueless what I'm trying to find hidden symbols ----> blocks representing from these four I read these signs at entrance.

At level 19 it's a hard because I destroyed all brain coral inside and nothing happened,......I looked over the book.... glass air bubbles? I don't get it...

oh yeah, that one is hard. I believe there are 10 brain corals to be found, some of them are very well hidden on spots where you need to swim through small 1 block holes to get them. These "Glass bubbles" are those glass spheres around spongebob, you can get in and refill your air bubbles. In worst case you can switch to spectator mode via /gamemode spectator command and check for remaining corals. But that's considered cheating. Good luck! :)
