During the Flattening in 1.13, the format used for Minecraft's code and file organization completely changed, not only affecting behind the scenes work for the game, but some in-game things too. During the reorganization process, many relatively simple changes were made to menu text, item names, and other miscellaneous features throughout the game.

This is a simple pack that renames (mostly) items and blocks back to their pre-Flattening names. Due to this premise, this resource pack is intended as an addon for Programmer Art but can be used however you like.
