It seems, looking at the Namibian coat of arms, that the above flag should be mirrored

When I was making all these flag banners, I used a recent Olympics Flags and Anthems Manual to search the correct vertical orientations. It's possible that Namibia changed its flag code since I posted this. Here is the reference I used at the time. Namibia is on page 105.
