The Enchanted Book Is A Book That Can Enchant Any Item With An Anvil (Item First, Book Second)
If On Creative You Type In "Book" You Get a few Enchanted Books. They Can Spawn In Dungeon Chests
And Can Be Used By Mapmakers To Get Perfect Enchantments And Name Their Weapon/Armor Fancy.
For Example, A Texture Pack Where Zombies Are Like Water Mobs You Can Enchant A Zombie Head To Respiration!

i Just Played Around With It And Needed To Write This Blog Because Of How Useful It Can Be. Projects Could Be Alot Cooler With This!
