Here is a drawing based upon a dream I had where I was escaping my city from a group of infected blue zombies and later I ended up in a lab, with a man wearing a lab coat alongside his friends revealing it was engineered. Here, Dr. Night is showcasing the Sculk Catalyst (decided that Sculk would be a good fit to be in the virus's role) proposing her creation to be used in the war against the Anderians (aliens native to the distant planet Anderia) when he realized it well, might be way too effective and turn on us. I have a few more stories posted elsewhere on this idea, but I would want to put them in separate posts (this is an art post hehe).
Not related to my Minecraft headlore although parts of it will be incorporated and this does show my version of Sculk (Being a what-if scenario where Sculk invades my personal fantasy world that is otherwise unrelated to Minecraft). Stellos and Dr. K.Night are my characters. This version of the Sculk will have "phases" that starts with the Catalyst (obvious starting point as Sculk Catalysts can generate Sculk Growths using the souls of nearby dead mobs), with increasingly powerful Sculk creatures (including my Crawlers concept, which are tick-like creatures that spread the infection), and Society slowly begins to collapse. I am wondering where this would go 👽
If you cannot beat them, join them, and slowly use yourself as you assimilate into the masses...
