A Good Idea to stop stolen skins

I HATE stolen skins.
It's been a problem on PMC for a while, and there isn't ever a good way to stop them. Yes, there is a report button, but what does that do? If the skin gets reported for good reasons, all that happens is it gets removed. People can still steal skins, nothings stopping them from that. But, I think I have a great idea to stop it.

Any of you people reading this have Youtube? I'm sure some of you do. Ever uploaded a video? It takes a while, right? and it says not to close the page. But, have you ever accidently X'ed it out and didnt know if it was still uploading so you do it again? Well, if that happened, Youtube has an anti-steal function, so if you upload two videos that have a certain amount of similarity, it deletes the second video. It's perfect, because there is no stealing video's on Youtube. They don't have that problem. But, PMC does. So, I think Cyprezz should add that feature to PMC: If you upload a skin with 8 pixels in the exact same position as another 8 pixels on another skin, (ex: a copy of the face) the PMCBot automatically removes the skin. This would solve the problem. Please support the idea by commenting, diamonding and favoriting. Thanks.

good idea but its hard to do with art the dat base is so large that the program could take atleas 1 hour to run the skin and see if there simalar plus therre are probobly atleast 1,000 -10,000 of the same skin your downloading koalaman so EVERY THING WOULD HAVE TO BE NEW. sry for caps lock its the whol point i posted this.

Eeehhh a lot of the faces of the skins on here look about the same....I dont think the PMC bot would be a good idea..but its not a bad idea

your example image is kinda hilarious for showing "stolen" skins, because all three of those were submitted by the same user.

Stolen skins are quite irritating. But this idea of yours would mean so many skins would seize to exist, including all of mine. Go look at eyes on skins. There aren't that many ways to do eyes, and my eyes take up a total of 12-14 pixels on the skin. So I have to say no, I do not like this idea. But there should be a report on stolen skins, and the first time, you get a warning. The second time, you get banned.

So many copied skins would sieze to exist-Its justice, thats all. All of your skins are great, and i like them, but speaking from what ivee heard, skins with the same face or clothing annoy people. They are, in fact, considered stolen and shouldnt be in the PMC Community. And your idea already exists, and would be good, besides the fact that there are millions of skins on this website and not enough people to do that.

I totally second this! Seriously, if "8 pixels the same" implies that a skin is stolen, consiter that 2 entirely different skins with similar colour schemes may end up being "the same", even though they clearly represent different things.

IMO, skinners just need to get smarter and learn to make watermarks...

True, but the 8 pixels have to be conjoined.
Ex. a stolen face.
So all those annoying creeper heads that have different bodies would be gone-
or those skins with the same exact suits-
There is a very, very low possibility of having the exact pixels with the exact colors in the exact order by chance. Watermarks is a very good idea though, and would help greatly
