Smart Movement is a mod that gives you, well, smart movement.
What you can do?
Sliding (So you can score a home run!)
Crawling (So you can crawl in a 1x1 tunnel)
Diving (Swan dive!)
Charged Jumps (So you can go higher)
Side & Back Jumps (Jump to the sides! Now jump back and forth!)
Faster Sprinting (Just hit R)
New Flying Animation (Be like Superman!)
New Swimming Animation (Be an Olympian)
Better Sneaking (Says what it is for this one)
Climb Along The Ceilings (Like a boss)
New Falling Animation (Arms and legs flailing everywhere)
Climbing Walls (Only the short ones! But you can still be like Spider-man)
Climb Ladder Faster (<
My Thoughts:
This is a great mod, especially if you've been playing Assassins Creed. With all the new things you can do it can be entertaining for a long time, but overall it's not very useful. This mod is really meant for people who just want to have fun and mess around, not for those who want to build.
Pros:
Very Fun
Great way to escape Creepers
Cons:
Is VERY glitchy on servers that don't have the plugin
When crouching on the side of ledges to build, you often glitch out and fall
Complected Controls
What is it worth?
#1. A keeper?
#2. Try it out for a little while? <<My answer
#3. Pass
If you could change ONE thing about this mod what would you change?
I would make better controls! To figure out how, what and when to do things is to hard for this mod. To simply dive is four different buttons to press at the right time, and they are not the easiest buttons to use either. (Yes I know you can change them in the controls, but it is a pain and not worth the results.)
Any additional thoughts?
Yes. I would like to say that even though I am kinda complaining about this mod it is still great and the person who created it should be proud.
