Today Packid and I built a Faction called Sand Canyon. User xCSUxRuSh left his original faction, than requested joining the faction Sand Canyon. I allowed him to join as long as he doesn't do anything to screw it up. When Packid and I were finished building, xCSUxRuSh said to go out because he found something amazing. Packid and I followed him, outside our faction border. xCSUxRuSh quickly removed himself from the faction, and killed us both. Packid and I had several attempts killing him to get our items back, but he reached our faction land and claimed it. (Also, all that faction land was for me to rank builder, and he just took it all so I can't finish building the western city for my rank up) Now, we realize PVP and Raid is allowed. However, let me go over this short step by step. (Italics=Notification of broken rule)
1. xCSUxRuSh requests to join our faction.
2. xCSUxRuSh says he found something amazing, requests us to look at it.
3. Packid and I exit the faction border, as soon as this happens, xCSUxRuSh exits faction and ambushes us and steals our items.
Basically, he was tricking us into a cruel surprise and we both lost many tons of Iron, Gold, Dyes, Wood, Cobble, and Diamonds.
Wouldn't that kind of trick be considered rule breaking? Also, I have proof he did it, too:
