My thoughts on rivalry
Rivalry can always be good ofcourse, you could speak to a friend and say 'let's be rivals!' but sometimes it isnt so great to be a part of.. Or witness.
Why did I choose spiderman and batman to represent rivalry?
I created this piece of artwork to represent rivalry, thus the fact that Batman (a DC superhero) and Spiderman (a Marvel superhero) coming together and meeting on minecraft. They are rivals (well we think of them as that) to be the best superheros are their goals. As you can see by their stance they seem joyful to be together and they have put their rivalry behind them. Maybe we can start doing this.

Sure hardcore rivalry is bad but if we were all friends and not get a little bit of comptetion going on nobody would get better (or try to) in what they do.
Say samsung calls it with making phones, now apple just gained nearly the whole market. They dont need to make improvements anymore (or atleast do their best) because no one is going to be better then them.
