Sometimes we go on small servers to help them and become staff but here are some steps to make them trust you.
Steps
1. Make a good first impression
2. Compliment the server
3. Ask if you need any help
4. Make an application saying all your best qualitys and make sure not to do the bare minimum.
5. If get accepted well done! If not contuniue
6. Get to know the owner and make friends with the players and help them out
7. Get people to say 'I recommend him as staff'.
8. Reapply
