Live in a desert temple and hate the look of the dried up grass? Are you a map maker who is forced to use a plugin with a similar but less effective item? Well you are in luck...
Not really, as this is not yet a minecraft item... Yet, I believe that Biome Buckets (an item with the potential to change the biome of land. This would come in really handy for map makers who are just too lazy to go around various places in their world to hope to find a perfect biome, or will come in handy for new map makers.
The way it would work by using the scroll wheel on the mouse (keybind is configurable) the player can select a size to change biomes, for example, the default is 1x1, but with enough scrolling, it can be changed to a WHOPPING 500x500. overall this would be a very great edition to Minecraft, and be a revolutionary feature of the game. Remember though, this is a nonexistent feature and just a figment of my imagination, I doubt that Mojang would never implument such a feature, as they have higher priorities.

Why though?
As Minecraft's popularity is going down, we need changes, big changes, to keep the game interesting and modern. I feel like this is a good start for Minecraft to come back and not die out like other games of their time.
Crafting
Why, you may ask why the crafting recipe is so expensive. It is mainly because the biome bucket, is a very over powered item, which it can change spawn conditions for biome exclusive mobs like parrots and ocelots, and even bring nether mobs to the overworld. When you get to the point of the game where you have many nether stars at your expense, You may craft it and change your minecraft experience... FOREVER
