The most broken seed I know is 1163328023877790780 (bedrock 1.20.1). There is a huge cave at spawn, right? Well, that cave has a mind of it's own. Me and my friend EpicJoshua15 went in the cave and Josh had amazing luck. He found 23 diamonds within like 10 minutes of the world being created. I had awful luck. I found 24 raw iron. The cave even tried to bait me into a trap with a trail of iron and lava at the end! Yeah, most broken seed ever.
