Changes and Additions Redstone Needs!

I know, I know, there are a ton of blogs, forums, and discussions about changes everyone wants in Minecraft. Here's another one, except this one is just a little different. I don't care about Dragons, or Endershards, or floating islands, I'm here to talk about Redstone.


Now, there are two main aspects or Redstone these days. There are the good, old fashioned repeaters and torches and wires, and there are command blocks. They're both pretty good, pretty impressive, but like all good things, someone has to go and complain.


I'll separate my suggested additions the same way, things that affect wiring, and things that affect commands. Let me make this clear again, these are not changes in the recent snapshot, or even planned changes in some future update. They may never happen at all. These are changes I would like to see in Minecraft.


First, wiring.  I'm thinking of changes that if everything was implimented, wouldn'tr break any current redstone projects.
-If you hold shift and break Redstone, only the "arm" you were pointing at breaks, so that you can decide where it will connect. To reset, just let go of shift, break it, and place a new piece. It doesn't cost extra, and you only get the item for breaking the whole thing, or the center if holding shift.
-Repeaters should go up to 16 ticks, just to save space.
-Resdstone wire and components should be placable on walls and ceilings.
-There should be an AND gate, two or three inputs that have to be the same, right clicking on it will change whether produces power by default.
-Last, the should be a gamerule to turn off Redstone items based lighting, not including lamps, to reduce lighting update lag.


Now, for the other half, commands.
-When using a command that does something to/for/at a player, you should be able, in the same command block, to add a second command in, using @c for current to mean any and all players affected by the previous command.
-You should be able to use scores as variables in place of any number anywhere else in any command.
-You should be able to use the special formatting character that allows colored text in command blocks.
-You should be able to tab-complete commands in command blocks.
-Command blocks should have an option in their GUI whether to just produce a pulse through comparators when they activate, or work as they do now.
-Command blocks should remember the last command they were giving before the current one, that could be clicked on and switched with the one they currently have.
-All player inventory slots should be editable using commands, including crafting slots.
-There needs to be an NBT tag for healthbars that can be turned on to display below custom names.
-There needs to be an AI type NBT tag, options: Passive, Netural, Hostile. That way you can, say, make zombie horses attack you.
