#Concerning small children, and those who Wish
And all we hear is love;
And all I see is you.
Dark hated memories fading fast;
Like death reborn,
Anew.
A sadness that we felt,
Our fears that bore much ire;
Burnt up like flame 'pon grass:
The meadow's funeral pyre.
For I've proclaimed
These terrors past;
Words spoken bravely,
Shall they last?
Because without Christ's halo,
I cease to wish.

And all we hear is love;
And all I see is you.
Dark hated memories fading fast;
Like death reborn,
Anew.
A sadness that we felt,
Our fears that bore much ire;
Burnt up like flame 'pon grass:
The meadow's funeral pyre.
For I've proclaimed
These terrors past;
Words spoken bravely,
Shall they last?
Because without Christ's halo,
I cease to wish.
