anatomy looks a bit wonky, and as for the hands, drawing a trapezoid-like shape for the initial outline and adding on rectangles for fingers always helps. making a light body outline out of smaller shapes such as ovals for limbs and circles for joints will aid you, rather than starting fully drawing from top to bottom.(some draw this way, but it's easier to make a light sketch first for beginners) doing so will mess up the proportions a bit and it'll just turn out looking somewhat distorted. there's not much for me to say about the head + face in specific because manga/anime isn't really my style. anywho, the eyes look pretty good, and so do the facial expressions.
