Do you find survival single player boring?
Do you feel that once you have played single player if just is boring? You just do the same thing over. It doesn't change. I feel the same way. I am gathering (with your help) ways you can have fun in single player again with mods, maps, challenges, and much more. Just try one out and see what you like. Let's begin.

Mods
These are different mods that make the game fun.
- BuildCraft - This mod is about automation. You can add pipes, quarries, automatic builders and more. This is one of my favorites
- IC2 - This is a mod about machines. You have generators, wind mills, electric furnaces, and other machines that help you in the game.
- Tougher Mobs - This mods adds a new difficulty into the game. All the enemy mobs get much stronger. You wouldn't want to turn around one day to see a creeper standing behind you.
- Clay Soldiers - This is a very popular mod. It adds in little soldiers made out of clay. They will fight soldiers of different colors. You can equip them with swords, shields and more.
- Universal Electric - This is really multiple mods but you can get them together. It lots of electric things. One of my favorite parts is the long range missiles. This would be a great mod for a small server, but it is still lots of fun in single player.
- Red Power 2 - This mod focuses around redstone. It adds in a new type of wire(red alloy wire) that is much easier to use than redstone.
- Thaumcraft - This mod revolves around magic. I never played this mod a lot but when I did it was a lot of fun.
Maps
These are mas to make single player fun.
- Vechs - This are very hard ctm(capture/complete the monument) maps. Be ready to rage if you try one of the harder ones.
- I don't know very many maps. Please submit some maps.
New Modes
These are new modes that you should try.
- Nomad - You never have a home or a bed. Just keep moving. Pretty simple.
- Hermit - You have one day and night to gather resources. By the time the sun rises the next morning you have to be underground/inside. You are not allowed to go outside during day anymore.
- Please submit more modes.
Achievements
These are challenges/achievements that you should try to complete.
- Collect one diamond in under 30 minutes.
- Create a 20 story house.
- Make a mob grinder/farm.
- Submit your ideas.
