donation help?

I need help with my server, my server has a few people that go on it and people are not donating all i need is 12$ or £8 a month just to get my server 24/7 with 32 player limit at the moment its just a 10 player limit and its a little laggy, im just asking how would i make people want to donate to my pay pal if they donate they will get mod and creative for a month but what else should i offer them while they donate me and my friend would like to get my server up that will be 24/7 no lag and 32 player so could you give me some ideas of what i could do please. ?

Well I'll just create a list of steps for you.
Step 1 -
To make the 'default' group the starting group, go into your groups.yml located in your groupmanger plugins folder - plugins/groupmanager/worlds/world/groups.yml - Open it with notepad++, if you don't have it, download it. Its free and virus-free everyone uses it. Find the group 'default' and set the default setting to default : true. This shall make the starting group when everyone joins default.
Step 2 -
Creating prefix's is easy, go to where it says prefix, remove &e and type this '&f[&8Default&f] ' That will make a group tag appear before the users name, eg. [Default] Kieran
The same can be done for Builder, Moderator, Admin and Owner. I've created a few you can use if you wish, just do what you did with default.
Builder = '&f[&2Builder&f] '
Moderator = '&f[&5Moderator&f] '
Admin = '&f[&6Admin&f] '
Owner = '&f[&4Owner&f] '
You can change the owner,moderator,admin to what ever you want in the prefix's. If you need any further help, just message me.

thanks a lot i will do this but my default group cant build that's why i changed the default to builder and so if i do this then that will want to get more people to donate a little?

Create some ranks, go on the essentials permission nodes site and find some permissions that they don't have that you could put up for sale. Mod and creative aren't always the best option. But since its your server, I'll let you decide.

i have groups and there default, builder, mod, admin and owner but when people log on they are builder straight away and could you give me tips and stuff because i am struggling here and people are asking when is it 24/7 and stuff thanks!
