About 3 years ago, during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, to deal with our family's isolation, and to help my youngest child with reading, I wrote and illustrated a book titled "A Slug's Book Of Choices" on my iPad. There ended up being a lot of good, whole page art that is poster-quality. One those is what I'm including below.

It's important to sit with emotions for as long as I'm able, and to be gentle with myself. Part of that is appreciating the abundant variety of feelings I can encounter in a single day. Some days, I feel a bit of everything.
