Welcome This is my Minetorial (Minecraft Tutorial) on Enchanting. I will show the in and outs of Enchanting, for example, I will be teaching you all the enchants for your tools, armor and weapons, I will teach you how to save XP (Experience Points) while Enchantings and much, much more!

I have created a top-Notch Enchanting facility for all of you to see and use! There will be a download for this useful world save at the bottom of the page labled "Enchanting (Tutorial) Download".

I have created this world-save without the help of : Other users, Modifications (Mods), Server commands, clients, or Server plugins. It is all hand-crafted/made by me (FarGuardian) in a creative world save in which I have re-named Enchanting (Tutorial).

Here is a look at the Enchanting Facility from the outside :

Now, first is first, so I'll tell you about what enchanting is.

What is Enchanting?

This is Minecraft Wiki's description of Enchanting: "Enchanting is a mechanic which utilizes an Enchantment Table to add special abilities to armor, tools, and weapons. Enchantments require the usage of experience points, with successively higher enchantments requiring more experience."

So I think that pretty much covers it.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now time for how to enchant.

How to Enchant (an) item/s.

Firstly, to enchant an item you must first make sure its either a Tool (Shovel,Pick etc..) But it cannot be a Hoe.The item you wish to enchant can also be Armor (Helmet, Chesplate etc..) Or a weapon (Swords and Bows, Though you cannot enchant arrows.

Secondly, you must acquire a Enchanting Table, Crafting recipes and so-on are included in that link.

Next you place you item of choice into your Enchanting table by Right-clicking the Table, anddragging the item from your inventory into the square space which should be vacant.

You will need XP (Experience Points) which are little green orbs of light you collect after killing a mob. Depending on how much XP you have the enchantment will be better but will only go up to a level 1-2 enchantment. If you would like this enchantment to be higher you must place bookshelves around your enchanting table like so:

Now that you know all that, time to tell you what enchantments are possible!
