So this is Melody’s (Cassandra is real name) family! I’ll real quick explain all of them.

her father (Don): A quiet man who enjoys reading. He is usually absorbed in his work, but he always makes time for his children.
her mother (Kristina): She is a manipulative narcissist who only cares for herself. Despite being married, she strives to live alone without her “pesky” children and husband.
her sister (Shelly): With her mother’s negligence and her father being occupied by work, she has been basically raised by Cassandra, (Melody) her older sister. When she was little, Cassandra would sing her lullabies and read her stories to help her go to sleep. This sparked an interest in singing in Cassandra. One day, when they were playing outside, Shelly wandered off into the street and was hit by a car.
