So, there are a FEW THINGS why MC (Minecraft) Became FAMOUS.
1) Dude, it's PIXEL!
First of all, people really like pixel games. Well, not all.You'll see everything in small tiny bits or square dots and combine them together to make something - That's Pixel. Some don't play MC because of it's pixely-graphics, but for more other reasons.
2) Has A LOT of contents!
Minecraft is not just some sort of Build-Break-Create Game. You can do SCIENCE! Join MULTIPLAYER! Create MAPS and PLACES for people to enjoy! And hey, you can ride on animals too! Ain't that cool? But there are MORE for someone that's new to explore.. Caves, Ores, Monsters, Redstone.. More!
3) You become famous by it!
Do you know Skydoesminecraft? He became FAMOUS because of MC! People are also inspired by famous people! deadlox, MCUniverse (My favorite dude!) and more players are also inspired by the others! And you don't just become famous by it.. But you also contribute to Mojang~!
4) Multiplayer - Friends - FUN!!
Some people get bored out because of playing Singleplayer games and games that consists of only few content - so what people do is that they invite their friends to minecraft - some even pay the game so that they could both play for each other! (Well I don't know if someone does so..)
Multiplayer is also a content of MC that makes other people that play MC happier. They don't want to just build by theirselves - they want a group to help each other!
