Do you own a server? I'm mainly talking about pvp servers (my favorite kind). I'm gonna tell you a couple things that ruin pvp servers for everyone and how you can fix them if you own one.

1. Don't give donators get full advantage. Don't give a donator a free ender farm and full IV armor and sword with all enchants. That's what most servers do and then the donator becomes unstoppable. Give them something like diamonds and plots maybe. Give them access to better commands or give them prot II armor and maybe SOME III enchants to armor. Don't overpower donators because then nobody wants to fight them but they always want to fight and its not fun at all.

2. Hackers. Admins on most servers don't give a crap about someone hacking. When its obvious to tell someone uses X-ray and still they don't notice a thing. It really annoys me. Most people with full IV armor and a good sword have been on the server for at least 2 months or so. Hackers get it in a matter of weeks.

3. Abusive admins. We all know what I'm talking about here. The admins who spawn themselves and their faction stuff, use hacked clients and spawned items while fighting, bans you if you do something the admin doesn't like. That makes me want to leave a server as soon as I join, really.
