Very cool!, but whenever I startup mineways it says:

Warning:
At least one of your worlds has not been converted to the anvil
format. These worlds will be shown as disabled in the Open World menu.
To convert a world, run Minecraft 1.2 or later and play it, then quit.
To use Mineways on an old-style McRegion world, download Version 1.15
from the mineways.com site.

And I have everything that both you and the mineways creator says I need, What do I do?

I cant even download Blender cuz the frickin website wont load lol
What if Blender just doesn't open the .obj? I click the file and hit "import" but it kind of freezes after that. Perhaps the model is too big?

Whenever I import the obj file into Blender, everything appears gray, none of the blocks have any color. And yes, I made sure the "color and texture patterns" option was selected when exporting. I have no idea why this is, and don't know how to fix it.

You probbablly have your YTube Setting (Gear Icon) on low (240). Higher numbers run better but take up more computer speed

For some reason, it won't let me rotate my camera to check out the different angles of the image on Blender... what commands are there to use to move?
To rotate your camera press "R", after selecting it in object mode, (Default)then you can make it more spcific by only rotating it on a certain axis, "X Y Z"

You never showed how to make the individual small lights like you have in the cover picture (look at the front of the house, I'm talking about the small lamps outside)... Can you tell me how to do that? I've always been wondering.

I HIGHLY recommend to use Cinema 4D and Mc2Obj which supports fences, stairs and everything. Also you can get the textures with Cinema 4D and anyways MUCH better render.

how does mineways work? does it give you like blueprints and then you build it out of lego or do you get it in the mail?
Mineways makes files that you can render or export to a 3D printer. The 3D printer will then print the files in 3d (actual blocks in real life). However since most people dont own 3D printers you have to export it to a site that will print it for you for a small price.
