Many people want to become a more higher and important person on a server, but they always blow there chances by writing a terrible application or set a bad impression on the server. If you ever want to become a staff member, don't get mad. I you do don't type: "You ******* hacker bla bla bla." It sets you apart and nobody really wants you to become a mod. Be respectful to the other members.

Every server loves staff that helps clean up the server from hackers, bypassers, pvp loggers, or anyone who breaks a rule on your server. To do this watch out for hackers and record anyone who seems suspicious. Also stay on the forums (if they have one) frequently to help out any needy member. If you do not know what the forums are, it is a place on the servers website where they can create threads and discuss issues and suggestions for the server.

Active players always impress the owner. Seeing a loyal member makes him want to talk to you and give you special privileges for your loyalty. Stay active and be loyal to the server. When I say loyal I don't just me active but donate as well. If you ever have a few spare cash donate to the server and he will love you, no not that way.

When you fill out your application be specific and don't write less than five sentences each (depending on the question). Be honest ad productive in your application so the owner can trust you and be able to have grace knowing that you would be there to help him out. Be confident in what you do and show you are a mature worker willing to help out with time and dedication.
