Here some very simple ways to change your skin on minecraft.

The first step is to find a skin you like. Then click 'change skin'.

The second step step is to login to Minecraft.net and you will go to a change skin page. You will see your skin that you are about to change and it is all jumbled up. That does not do anything to your skin.

The third step is to click 'change skin' and you will go to a page saying Your skin has been changed! And then you log onto minecraft and enjoy your skin!
