There are two ways to make a minecraft skin one is to go to the minecraft files and edit the character png file
and another way is by using this awesome tool called miners need cool shoes

Now once your at the website all you have to do is select a color and then draw on the character.

WARNING!!! But be careful there are spots where there are words and spots without words DO NOT DRAW on the spots with no words on them!!!

Once you made your skin click on the big download button above the character with the green arrow on it.

Then go to http://www.minecraft.net/ and go to profile then click on change skin and then upload the skin you downloaded, and then save it.

Now you are finished and you can enjoy your custom minecraft skin!!!
