Hello Guys! People here want to know how to get a custom user heads such as SkythekidRS's Head. This can be used buy this command /give. As a result, we have a command for how to get a user heads:
Command to get a custom user head:
/give (yourname) minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"(username)"}

Example:-
/give DazTheGamerz minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"Notch"}

After entering the command, you are officially given a Notch's head, it may look like Steve on the icon item. But when placing it, it show Notch's head, this really works for every minecrafters they have. I have tested for 1.7, and it is suitable for 1.8+ and snapshots+ to 13w47a.

But for 1.6-, put an item ID which is 397, so basically do this:
/give DazTheGamerz 397 1 3 {SkullOwner:"Notch"}

In command blocks, you basically have to do this in the command block:
For 1.7+: /give @p minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"Notch"}
For 1.6-: /give @p 397 1 3 {SkullOwner:"Notch"}

Although I can show you all the usernames I've found of Hypixel Website, I've pasted here so it may be hard for you to search it. Here are the usernames:

At the snapshot 14w30a, heads now display the actual head that spawn, as seen in the picture, its the same command showed from 1.7+. 

But did some changes, they added a hat layer on a head, as seen at the picture too...

The list of all usernames are removed because they might've changed the skins, but now replaced with the simple ones below here:
