OK first you got to be really nice. Like super nice if you did something wrong say your really sorry. Second look at what he likes and talk about it. But don't over do it. After about 2 days of that you can then hang out and tpa to him and build or play with him. Then lastly say you need some supplies and he will probably give you diamonds. If you were really really good he might put you into staff YA.
