This is a tutorial on how to get staff on servers.

There are several tips.

FIRST TIP:

DO NOT directly ask for op

*say something about the spawn and how its awesome or how it needs some work on it

*after that, ask if you can help build something for the server.

IF accepted: IF not:

build something decent and ask if that is ok. Go to tip 2 or 3



SECOND TIP:

some servers accept applications

*follow the application style if noted.

*say something about your experience in minecraft and staff on servers

*also, say something that makes them want to add you to their staff.

*be mature in your application... i can't say enough on this one...

*do not act like the owner is your best friend and use propper grammar.

If not accepted, go to tip 3



THIRD TIP:

Just play on the server for a while and do kind things to other people and help them out.

*I think this is the best way to get staff, and it is the best way to earn trust for the owner.

*Help people by:

*telling them commands

*do not call them a retard when they dont know a command



These steps can likely get you staff on a server.
