Hey, ima walk you through how to install a texture pack, it's really simple.

First off, pick one you want, then download it.
Once you do that, then start up the windows button, in the search bar, type %appdata% Then click on roaming.
Once you do that, click on .minecraft Once you do that there should be a Texture pack file, if so drag your texture pack there and it will work, tah-dah.

If not, go onto minecraft, click open texture pack file, then drag it into there, from there on out you will have a file.

Rinse and repeat this for different texture packs!
