1. You need to get a decent screen recorder. Perhaps one you dont have to pay for! Camtasia 8 is a good one!
2. Think of a theme! For example: a tutorial!
3. Record your video!
4. Make a youtube account!
5. Upload to Youtube!
When this is done you will have a video! If you carry on putting videos on Youtube will will get subscribers. I have only started Youtube and I have 2 Subscribers in 12 videos (lego and minecraft)! If you want to watch my vids, search on Youtube: 478nathan478
